Mr. Snow has over 35 years experience in line management and consulting and is the President of Resource Management Associates, as well as an associate of Y-Change, Inc., an internet-based enterprise initiative management services provider.
He has been responsible for the development and management of consulting projects at Hoechst, Xerox, Honeywell, Kodak, Litton Industries, Bank of America, Unocal, Cardinal-Bergen, Teledyne, Hughes, Textron, Cubic Corporation, as well as many other large and small companies. These projects have ranged from designing and implementing manufacturing & material systems, re-engineering, product development, forecasting and senior executive coaching. His career includes service as President, International Textiles and American Flower Corporation along with various executive management positions in multi-national manufacturing and financial firms with extensive international service.
He has conducted team-building sessions for the formation of corporate strategy at the senior executive level and overseen successful implementation of planning throughout major companies.
His undergraduate work was accomplished in Economics and International Relations, with postgraduate studies in Business Administration and Organization Development. Mr. Snow has served on the Board and as Officer of a number of service organizations. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
