• Alan Leeds, CEO

    Alan Leeds is the president of Y-Change, a software company enabling companies to convert strategy into action. For 20 years, Mr. Leeds was President of Leemak, a mid-sized management consulting firm. Alan’s experiences in consulting provided the foundation for the methodology upon which Y-Change is based; successful deployment of a company’s goals and objectives occurs when the strategy is cascaded throughout the company.

    His expertise in strategy deployment and change management methodologies has helped companies deliver tangible operating results. He has led numerous Fortune 500 companies such as Raytheon, Cisco Systems and Texas Instruments to effect these changes, pioneering both innovative processes and tools. Alan holds a Masters from SUNY and a BS from Syracuse University. Prior speaking engagements have included 2007 National conferences for the ASP and the CSCMP (Council of Supply Chain Professionals).

  • Jay Snow, MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Mr. Snow has over 35 years experience in line management and consulting and is the President of Resource Management Associates, as well as an associate of Y-Change, Inc., an internet-based enterprise initiative management services provider.

    He has been responsible for the development and management of consulting projects at Hoechst, Xerox, Honeywell, Kodak, Litton Industries, Bank of America, Unocal, Cardinal-Bergen, Teledyne, Hughes, Textron, Cubic Corporation, as well as many other large and small companies. These projects have ranged from designing and implementing manufacturing & material systems, re-engineering, product development, forecasting and senior executive coaching. His career includes service as President, International Textiles and American Flower Corporation along with various executive management positions in multi-national manufacturing and financial firms with extensive international service.

  • Prince Premnath, DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

    Prince is helping to streamline the ISM development cycle with greater productivity and shorter development cycle times. He spent the past five years managing three development groups including outsourced cross functional teams. Prince is responsible for application and project development, defining business requirements, designing technical solutions and developing those solutions. He actively plays project lead role and senior designer role in development of the web based Y-Change Enterprise Management Solution, ASP, ASP.NET technology, JavaScript and SQL/XML.
